Le comité exécutif de la CAF n‘était pas “compétent” pour prendre cette décision, estime le TAS. Il “appartient désormais aux organes compétents de la CAF” d’examiner les incidents survenus lors de la finale polémique disputée le 31 mai au Maroc et de “décider si le match retour de la Ligue des Champions CAF 2018/19 doit être rejoué ou non”, précise le tribunal.
